Renovation of an old farmhouse in stone San Vito dei Normanni

This very beautiful farmhouse has been restored by using carefully the materials and keeping the simple existing  lines; at the same time we have brought out the beauty of the unplastered stone in order to to incorporate the building into the surrounding landscape and preserve the local architectural lines.  At the moment the property is equipped with every comfort with technological installations and high standard finishes.  All the work has been performed by local companies which worked for the full recovery of the building by using always local materials
