Manor farm with trullo entirey restored Carovigno

Restoring of a little main farm sited into the centuries-old olive grove in the countryside of Carovigno, at just few kilometres to the residential area. As you could see in the pictures the real estate was in very bad conditions of conservation.

We intervene to the whole recovery of the structure, in order to report the ancient manor farm at the complete splendour; the several works have been made by our local masters, who are very qualified in the restoring of ancient buildings, manor farm, trulli, and farm houses. Our masters make their work using our local material and above all respecting the original shape and line of the real estate.

Today the structure is equipped of every comfort : automatic gate, technological systems, furniture of high quality, detail in stone, parking area, several external spaces, courtyard for animals and vegetation; the habitation, instead has a furnished kitchen with glass walls, hallway, 3 bedrooms ( one of them is realised in an ancient trullo) and 3 bathrooms.
