Restoration and enlargement of a trullo Carovigno

Wonderful 2-cone trullo with 2 alcoves surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and located only 2 kms far from Carovigno’s built-up area.  Our company intervened to recover the ancient building with attention to the choice of the materials used in order to keep its originality and historic charm. At the same time we made it livable and comfortable. The property has an automated entry gate,  a large driveway and an illuminated parking area,  a courtyard paved with “chianche”  (typical local stone), a pergola equipped with barbecue for summer dinners and a small storage room. The trullo is furnished and consists in a large central cone where there is the living room, an alcove on the right with a fireplace completely stone made and two stone benches, another alcove equipped with stoves, sink, oven, fridge and washing machine; a second cone, used as a bedroom with a French bed and a closet, and a bathroom with shower.  The house has an underfloor heating, indoor lighting with valuable lamps, artesian well and gas boiler. The property can be a comfortable permanent house for those who love living in communion with nature or a holiday house for shorter periods.
