Renovation of an ancient farmhouse Oria

Very beautiful and refined farmhouse immersed in old centuries olive groves  and situated at a very short distance from Oria’s built-up area. As pictures show the building was in a very poor condition; we intervened in order to recover and bring it to its full strength again. The property is now equipped with every comfort with technological  installations, high standard finishes, stone details, parking area and several outdoor spaces. The work has been performed by our team of local craftsmen highly qualified  in renovation of farmhouses, masserias and trulli who use always exclusively local materials which allow to preserve the local architectural lines
